The applicant shall be a 2025 Spring semester high school graduate, or a current college
undergraduate, or be working in the construction industry in the West Texas Chapter territory.
Scholarships are for individuals pursuing two-year or four-year degree plans or an approved
technical trades school in a construction related field. Download the scholarship application
