This webinar will provide AGC members with a contractor-focused overview of National Electrical Manufacturers Association’s (NEMA) Make It American™ Program, a third-party verified framework designed to support compliance with the Build America, Buy America (BABA) provisions on federally funded projects. The session will explain how the program helps contractors navigate domestic content requirements through supplier verification, compliance documentation, and procurement support. Participants will also learn how to access and use the Make It American™ BABA Registry as a sourcing and verification tool, understand the program’s recognition by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and hear how it may help contractors prepare for evolving domestic content requirements across federal agencies.
