Teinert Commercial Building Services, Inc. began operations in 1982, with a primary focus of building grocery stores, convenience stores and large commercial buildings. Allen has put together a team of experienced people who know about construction. He brings to the corporation 25 years of construction experience, from laborer to job site superintendent. He is a hands on owner and not just a broker, as is the overwhelming case in the industry. The corporation is solely owned by Allen Teinert and it is entirely debt-free.

Teinert Commercial Building Services is not an ordinary construction company. Our "putting it all together" approach to solving construction, design and engineering problems places us in a position to exceed all of your construction needs and expectations.

Each store deserves originality - a personality - because look-alike, "cookie-cutter" stores are uninviting to customers. All of our construction planning and design are done to make stores more shoppable. We design them to save you dollars both through initial costs and through comparisons of cost of ownership. Store layouts and designs are done on the most advanced computers by people who know grocery store construction and the unique problems associated with it.

At Teinert we provide "in-house" individual experts for all aspects of construction, refrigeration, fixtures and maintenance. This saves you time and mane> because you don’t need to assemble them yourself. With the Teinert team or your job, all phases will work together seamlessly. This in itself can eliminate enormous problems for you.

At Teinert we provide you with complete conventional construction, as well erect pre-engineered buildings. We are a dealer for Varco-Pruden and Midwest Metal Buildings.

Our experience in store remodels and renovations comes from the fact that we know the grocery business. We are skilled in remodeling during nonbusiness hours so stores can operate "as normal," and we are adept at working while stores are open.

Eddie Moates heads up Teinert’s operation of the fully equipped shop for wood and plastic laminate. This custom aspect of ours is extremely cost effective and efficient, and the quality blows away the competition’s "cookie-cutter" designs.

For you, our custom design fixtures mean efficient work stations, checkstands, counters bakery tables and shelves. They are extremely durable. Their construction is solid.
